(2) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from a recognised Institute/University or ‘A’ Level Certificate from Department of Electronics, Government of India. (3) Good knowledge of software development like C/C++, FoxPro, RDBMS such as Oracle/Ingres/Sybase, DB/Z etc. in DOS/Unix/Windows environment. (4) Exposure to environment of any Networking Operating System. (5) Complete knowledge of Office Automation Packages and Internet. (4) Typewriting speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English.
