Preferential Qualifications: • No marks will be awarded for preferential qualifications; however, in the case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks, preference will be given under proposals 3–4 as follows: • The candidate has obtained an “O” Level Computer Certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT, or • Has rendered at least two years of service in the Territorial Army, or • Has obtained a “B” Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). |
