| Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) | • Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. OR • Those who are in the Final Year / Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally, subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2026. OR • Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2026. Note: (a)The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark sheet/certificate or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing. Note: (b) Matriculate Ex-servicemen who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in Armed Forces of the Union, are also eligible. Such certificates should be dated on or before 31.12.2026. |

| Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: 100 Marks, 1 Hour — English Language (30), Numerical Ability (35), Reasoning Ability (35). 1/4th negative marking for each wrong answer. Phase-II: Main Examination: 200 Marks, 2 Hours 40 Minutes — General/Financial Awareness (50), General English (40), Quantitative Aptitude (50), Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude (50). Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test: Applicable to provisionally selected candidates who have not studied the specified local language in 10th/12th. Failing the test means no appointment. Final Selection: Preliminary marks are not added; merit is based on Main Examination aggregate marks, subject to eligibility verification and applicable language test. Merit list is State-wise & Category-wise. SBI Trained Apprentices: Eligible candidates get 5 bonus marks (2.5% of 200) in Main Examination, subject to notification conditions. | |

| • Visit the SBI website, open Recruitment of Junior Associates 2026 and click Apply Online. • Fill in the online application and upload Photograph, Signature, Left-Hand Thumb Impression & Hand-Written Declaration in the prescribed format. • Select the applicable State/UT and specified opted local language carefully; candidates can apply for one State/UT only. • Pay the applicable fee online through Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking. • Preview/check the uploaded images and ensure all details are correct before submitting. • Successfully submit the application and take a printout of the system-generated application form for your record.
