| Eligible Candidates | • Candidates who have completed the required B.E./B.Tech Engineering Degree are eligible to apply. Final Year/Final Semester Engineering students are also eligible. |
| Final Year Eligibility | • Final Year/Final Semester candidates must complete and pass the Engineering Degree on or before 01 April 2027. Candidates whose final examination is scheduled after 01 April 2027 are not eligible. |
| Degree Submission | • Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree along with Semester/Year-wise Mark Sheets must be submitted. The Degree/Provisional Degree must also be submitted within 12 weeks from the commencement of PCTA training. |
| Failure to Submit Degree | • Candidates failing to submit the Degree within the prescribed period will be withdrawn from PCTA training. Training expenditure will be recovered and Stipend, Salary & Allowances will also be recovered. |
| SSB Permission | • Final Year candidates are allowed to appear in SSB only as a special concession. No extension of the qualifying date will be granted due to delay in examination, result declaration or any other reason. |
| PCTA Admission Requirement | • Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech Degree for admission to PCTA under SSCW (Tech)-68 (Women). Final Year candidates must submit proof of passing the Degree by 01 April 2027 along with Semester/Year-wise mark sheets to the Directorate General of Recruiting. |
| Cut-off Marks Requirement | • The aggregate percentage of marks up to the final Semester/Year must not be less than the approved cut-off percentage. Otherwise, the candidature will be cancelled. |
| Interim Academic Requirement | • Engineering candidates must secure marks up to 6th Semester/3rd Year (B.Arch: 8th Semester/4th Year) or equivalent stage before SSB, and the aggregate percentage must not be below the approved cut-off. |
| Final Result Condition | • After declaration of the final result, the aggregate marks up to the final Semester/Year must also remain equal to or above the approved cut-off, otherwise the candidature will be cancelled. |
| Serving Defence Personnel (Widows) | • Candidates must possess the required B.E./B.Tech Degree for admission to PCTA under SSC (Tech)-68 Men. Final Year candidates must submit proof of passing the Degree by 01 April 2027 along with all Semester/Year-wise Mark Sheets to the Directorate General of Recruiting. |
