| Architectural Assistant(Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board) | • The candidate must possess adequate knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script. • The candidate must possess any one of the following qualifications: • Intermediate Certificate in Architecture, or a 3-Year Full-Time Course, or a 4-Year Part-Time Course (Bombay/Maharashtra Government), along with two years’ experience in planning-related architectural drawing. OR • 3-Year Full-Time Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education or any recognized institution, along with three years’ experience in architectural planning-related drawing. Note: The Housing Commissioner shall be the competent authority for issuing/validating the experience certificate. |
| Estate Manager(Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board) | • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University is essential. The candidate must also possess a working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script. • Preference shall be given to candidates possessing an MBA or PGDM degree from a recognized State-level or National-level University/Institution. • Degrees obtained through Distance Education from any Institution or University shall not be considered valid. |
| Microbiologist(Food Safety and Drug Administration, U.P.) | • Post-graduate Degree in Microbiology from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto, with at least three years of experience in Microbiological Testing of Food. • Equivalent Institute and Experience Certificate: As per Letter No. FSA/UP Notification/285/2024/5552 dated 03.10.2024 issued by the Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration, Uttar Pradesh, no qualification has been declared equivalent to M.Sc. in Microbiology for the post of Microbiologist (Food). The prescribed experience certificate shall be issued by the Head of the Department/Chief Manager or the Competent Authority of the concerned Department/Institution. • Preferential Qualification: A candidate who has (i) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or (ii) obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment. |
