The application fee can be paid via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / online mode only.

Candidates who have already paid OTR (One Time Registration) fee earlier are not required to pay the application fee again.

Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET)-2026 Master’s Degree or equivalent examination with at least 55% marks (without rounding off) for General/General-EWS candidates and 50% marks (without rounding off) for OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender candidates from a UGC-recognized University/Institution.

Candidates pursuing the final year of Master’s Degree, appearing in the final examination, or awaiting the result may also apply. Such candidates must complete their Master’s Degree with the required percentage within two years from the date of SET result

Note: Candidates are required to appear only in the subject of their Post-Graduation. If the Post-Graduation subject is not included in the Rajasthan SET subject list, they may appear in UGC NET/UGC-CSIR NET.

OTR Live Photo Capture:Mandatory part of OTR E-KYC: To prevent dummy candidates, capturing a live photo via webcam/camera during form filling is now required.
Process: After clicking the live capture link, a 5-second timer will start, after which you need to blink your eyes 2-3 times to capture.
• Keep your face straight and background clear. If you wear prescription glasses, take the live photo with them on.
Signature:• Candidate must sign on white paper using a Black Ink Pen.
• Signature should NOT be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• Signature must be clear and properly visible.
• Size of signature must be in 20-50 kb.
OTR Handwritten Specimen:New OTR Rule: Candidates must write a sample of their own handwriting (Hand Written Specimen) and upload it to their OTR profile. This will be matched during the mains exam/interview.
Category Certificates:• Ensure you possess a valid category/caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS) if claiming reservation benefits.
• Candidates under special horizontal categories (Widow, Divorcee, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen) must have the relevant certificate or court decree issued by the competent authority.

Visit the University of Kota Official Website (www.uok.ac.in).
Click on the SET-2026 link available on the University website.
OR log in through the Rajasthan SSO Portal to access the SET-2026 application.
Fill and submit the online application form within the prescribed schedule.
Visit the University website regularly for further updates and information.
