Competency Test for Teacher’s (CTT)(a) Teachers (including physical teachers)/librarians appointed and working in primary/middle/secondary/higher secondary schools of the State by the local body.
(b) Such teacher candidates who have not appeared or were absent in the Competency Test (First) & (Second) can appear in this examination.
(C) Such teacher candidates who have filled the application form for Competency Test, 2024 (II) and deposited the examination fee, but due to some reason their examination application form has not been approved by the District Program Officer (Establishment), such candidates can appear in Competency Test, IV. They will not be required to pay the examination fee again.
(d) In the context of Rule-4 of Bihar School Special Teacher (Amendment) Rules, 2024, this is the last opportunity to fill the application form for appearing in the competency examination, fourth and fifth of the teachers of the local body. After this, no opportunity will be provided to fill the application form for appearing in the next examination. Only those candidates who are absent in the higher examination will be given the opportunity to appear in the examination by receiving the examination fee.
(E) Candidates appearing in the Competency Test, III whose result is declared as Not Qualified will also be informed through a separate notification to appear in the Competency Test, IV like other candidates.

5. B.Ed./D.El.Ed./B.Lib./Other educational certificates and mark sheets,
6. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority for reserved category applicants,
7. Aadhaar card,
8. TET/CTET/STET/Proficiency Passing Certificate,
9. Appointment letter issued by the employing unit,

Photo: Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable

Signature: The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
Signature (NOT IN CAPITAL LETTERS) uploaded should be of appropriate size and clearly visible.

2. Fill in the details asked in the form with the help of details given by FYF team.
3. Upload photo/signature/left thumb impression/handwritten declaration as prescribed.
4. Please preview the form carefully before submitting.
5. Submit the form if all the details are correct and pay the fee.
6. Take a printout of the form.
